About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join its culinary team at Park Inn by Radisson, Dubai Motor City. The role supports the smooth running of the kitchen department, which delivers the guest dining experience across the whole hotel, and works within a team focused on guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department and deliver the guest dining experience to the highest standard.
• Work as part of a team that responds positively and promptly to enquiries and problem resolution.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and complete them in a timely, professional manner.
• Deliver on departmental plans and objectives so that hotel initiatives and targets are met.
• Collaborate with the immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory and to attain productivity and performance levels.
• Maintain effective working relationships and promote the company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with all legislation, with due diligence, best practice and documentation for internal and external audits, including follow-up.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a relevant role in a busy kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned duties.
• Personal integrity and the ability to work in an environment demanding excellence.
