Demi Chef De Partie – Upmarket Restaurant

About the role

The client is an upmarket Western‑style restaurant group seeking a Demi Chef De Partie to prepare dishes to the chef’s specifications and support station set‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and making sauces.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the kitchen team and ensure timely, high‑quality output.
• Follow executive or sous chef instructions, clean stations, and manage leftover food.
• Maintain inventory levels and comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven cooking experience as a Demi Chef De Partie, restaurant cook or prep cook.
• Ability to work accurately and quickly under executive or sous chef direction.
• Positive, professional attitude with coworkers and customers.

Required skills

• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and sanitation regulations.

What we offer

• Basic monthly salary AED 2,800‑3,600 depending on experience.
• Food allowance AED 375, service charge AED 250‑450, credit card tips AED 600 and cash tips.
