Design Architect – Luxury Villa Projects

About the role
We are an award‑winning architectural design studio in Dubai seeking a Design Architect to shape ultra‑luxury private villas. You will work closely with senior designers from concept through detailed design, delivering bespoke homes of 30,000‑50,000 sq ft.
Key responsibilities
- Support the design of high‑end private villas across concept, design development and presentation stages.
- Create plans, elevations, sections and 3D design studies.
- Produce complete, high‑quality design packages for private residential projects.
- Collaborate with senior designers, interior designers and technical teams to ensure design consistency with client briefs.
- Develop material, mood and concept presentations that reflect the studio’s vision.
Required profile
- Qualified architect with strong experience on high‑end residential projects.
- Proven track record designing luxury villas or large private residences.
- Excellent eye for proportion, detail and material quality.
- Ability to translate ambitious concepts into clear, well‑considered architectural packages.
- Passion for thoughtful, detailed residential design.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp.
