Digital Ads Specialist – B2B Tech & Salesforce Focus

About the role

Kompetenza is expanding its digital marketing team and seeks a performance‑driven Digital Ads Specialist to plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns for B2B technology services, primarily Salesforce, CRM and ERP solutions. You will work on a $1,000 monthly ad budget to generate qualified leads that feed the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage Google Ads and programmatic campaigns for subscription‑based Salesforce/CRM services.
• Conduct keyword analysis, produce research reports with CPC estimates and expected outcomes.
• Deliver 2‑3 qualified leads per month within the allocated budget.
• Build retargeting and programmatic funnels for visitors who do not convert.
• Collaborate with designers to create ad creatives and graphics.
• Continuously track, report and optimise campaigns for ROI and lead quality.
• Provide SEO recommendations for new website and landing‑page launches.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience running Google Ads and programmatic campaigns.
• Background in B2B SaaS, Salesforce, CRM, ERP or related technology markets.
• Proven ability to achieve results with limited budgets ($1k‑$3k per month).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in keyword research and competitive analysis.
