Digital Analyst

About the role

Etihad is hiring a Digital Analyst in Abu Dhabi to help answer the most valuable analytical problems posed by its teams and departments. The role reports to the Digital Analytics Manager and works under the guidance of the Digital Engagement Senior Manager. It sits within the Revenue & Commercial division.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design or identify the solution to a problem
• Run complex, ad-hoc analyses using Etihad's analytical toolkit, looking for further insights and root causes
• Summarize and visualize results and highlight likely insights for the business translator to develop
• Maintain a documentation repository of solutions, including methodology
• Identify opportunities for automation and improvement, and recommend priorities to the wider team
• Develop proficiency with Adobe, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI and other advanced analytic and database tools, and in-house data sets
• Develop one or more specializations in Etihad's key analytical disciplines and act as an expert and coach for the wider analytics team

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital analytics, reporting and database management, and/or data science models used in commercial or digital processes
• Experience in aviation digital analytics or business analytics preferred
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology or a related field
• Proven track record of managing successful digital analytical models and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good project management skills to handle multiple projects at once
