Digital Customer Experience Specialist

About the role

Black Pearl Consult is looking for a Digital Customer Experience Specialist in Ajman to support the development, improvement and quality assurance of customer journeys across digital channels, including the website and mobile app. You will work closely with CX designers and IT teams so that digital services are smooth, user-friendly and compliant with UAE digital standards.

Key responsibilities

• Translate CX journey designs into clear technical requirements for digital platforms.
• Support the development and launch of new digital features.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure digital journeys work correctly.
• Monitor and improve the performance and stability of digital channels.
• Ensure all digital services follow CX design systems and UAE regulatory guidelines (TDRA, IDCXS).

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Marketing or similar.
• 2-7 years of experience depending on educational attainment.
• Experience in digital product ownership, digital channel management or CX digital implementation.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies.
• Knowledge of digital standards and UAE regulatory guidelines (TDRA, IDCXS).
