Digital Marketing Executive – Retail

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead paid media, email, and SEO initiatives for our retail brands. You will own the full lifecycle of campaigns, from strategy and budgeting to performance analysis and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok and other platforms.
• Allocate budgets to maximise ROAS and support business growth.
• Monitor, analyse and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and audience segmentation.
• Implement acquisition, retention and retargeting strategies across all brands.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E‑commerce, Product and Retail teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences and campaign structures.
• Plan and execute email marketing programmes, including promotional, transactional and automated journeys.
• Manage customer segmentation, welcome series, abandoned‑cart recovery and post‑purchase follow‑ups.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies, conduct keyword research and optimise website content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in digital advertising.
• Proven experience in retail or e‑commerce environments.
