Digital Marketing & Growth Consultant

About the role

We are building an international digital media consulting team and need a Digital Marketing & Growth Consultant to support premium European luxury writing instrument brands. You will work remotely with managers and owners in Germany and Singapore, shaping SEO, paid media, analytics and content strategies for renowned names such as Montblanc and Pilot.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping and Performance Max.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and continuously improve ROI, lead generation and conversion rates.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies, perform on‑page, technical and content audits, and optimise site structure and user journeys.
• Monitor rankings, traffic trends and search performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Create and optimise website content, landing pages, product copy and newsletters aligned with business objectives.
• Support brand positioning and customer acquisition initiatives through market and behaviour research.
