Digital Marketing Intern

About the role

MDX is looking for a strategic, creative and digitally savvy Digital Marketing Intern to lead its digital marketing strategy, drive lead generation and strengthen its global brand presence and thought leadership in wholesale telecom and digital infrastructure. The intern develops and executes integrated digital strategies, oversees high-impact campaigns, manages internal and external digital channels and supports events, PR and award submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run multi-channel digital strategies (SEO, SEM, paid media, ABM, email, social media) to generate leads and support partner cross-sell and upsell
• Use digital marketing AI and automation tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot to optimise campaigns, and apply analytics to make data-driven decisions
• Work with CX and sales teams to improve the customer journey and with product and sales teams to position offerings
• Create digital content, thought leadership articles and brand assets, including fact sheets, presentations, corporate decks and sales pitches
• Produce success stories, whitepapers and insights with industry analysts, and manage newsletters and digital publications
• Prepare digital content for events, including invitations and visual materials, and coordinate digital PR support
• Coordinate content needs with agencies and analysts, and analyse digital PR performance
• Lead global award submissions across telecom, customer experience, marketing and digital infrastructure, and collaborate with SMEs and senior leadership on digital storytelling

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Demonstrated success running digital campaigns and award submissions
• Experience managing agencies, partners and cross-functional teams
