Digital Marketing Manager – In‑House, AI‑Focused

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own the end‑to‑end marketing function for two precious‑metals brands operating from our Dubai office. You will drive paid acquisition, website optimisation, email and WhatsApp journeys, and the full content calendar across the UAE/GCC and South African markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns on Google, Meta and programmatic platforms for both regions.
• Maintain and enhance the two brand websites, launch landing pages within 48 hours and run continuous CRO experiments.
• Design and operate email and WhatsApp automation flows, including welcome, price‑triggered, post‑purchase and retention sequences.
• Create and schedule social and video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn, leveraging AI tools to scale production.
• Manage the analytics stack (GA4, GTM, BigQuery), ensure server‑side tracking and deliver a single‑source‑of‑truth dashboard for leadership.
• Develop cross‑departmental SOPs and oversee the marketing‑to‑sales handoff for both markets.
• Build AI‑driven automation workflows and produce weekly performance emails and monthly business reviews.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of full‑funnel marketing experience, not limited to a single channel.
• Managed at least AED 3 million in paid‑media spend.
• Hands‑on builder who can ship pages, automations, creative assets and analytics without delegating every task.
• Daily user of AI tools (Claude, Cowork, Cursor, ChatGPT, Midjourney or equivalents) for at least 12 months, with demonstrable workflows.
• Strong proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
