Digital Marketing Manager – Middle East & Africa

About the role

Farmina is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the execution of its global digital strategy across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region from its Dubai office. The role combines hands‑on digital campaign execution, social media and community management, and performance marketing to drive brand awareness and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Adapt and execute local digital marketing initiatives aligned with Farmina’s global strategy.
• Coordinate and launch campaigns across multiple online channels, ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance.
• Monitor campaign performance, recommend optimisation opportunities, and keep activities aligned with global brand guidelines.
• Create and manage paid campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/YouTube, TikTok Ads Manager and Snapchat Ads Manager.
• Track key KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, conversions and ROAS, and prepare performance reports.
• Manage Farmina MEA’s social media channels (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, WhatsApp Business) and maintain the regional editorial calendar.
• Localise content, foster community engagement, and coordinate influencer collaborations.
• Update regional website content, ensuring product information and promotional material remain accurate.

Required profile

• Hands‑on digital marketing execution experience.
• Based in Dubai and able to work onsite.
