Digital Marketing Manager - Real Estate

About the role

Careers International is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager in Dubai to drive lead generation, brand visibility and ROI-focused campaigns for real estate projects. The ideal candidate has a proven background in real estate sales (primary and secondary market) and knowledge of the UAE real estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for real estate projects (off-plan and ready properties)
• Plan and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok and other platforms
• Optimise lead generation funnels and retargeting strategies
• Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing with target audiences
• Analyse performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROI) and adjust strategies accordingly
• Manage and grow the company's online presence (website, SEO, social media)
• Coordinate property photo/video shoots and virtual tours
• Write content for listings, email campaigns and landing pages
• Maintain CRM systems and support lead nurturing workflows

Required profile

• Proven digital marketing experience in real estate, minimum 5-6 years in the UAE
• Experience in both primary and secondary UAE property markets
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field preferred
• UAE driving license is mandatory
