Digital Marketing Manager – Shopify (E‑commerce)

About the role
Médetone is a fast‑growing online pharmacy looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition and e‑commerce revenue growth across multiple international markets. You will own the full‑funnel strategy on Google Ads, Meta Ads and the Shopify advertising ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimise end‑to‑end paid media campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to maximise ROAS and minimise CPA.
- Manage daily advertising budgets, conduct A/B testing on copy, audiences and landing‑page creatives.
- Develop and run Shopify ad campaigns (Shop Ads, App Store ads, marketplace placements) to boost brand awareness and store subscriptions.
- Collaborate with Shopify’s partnership network to align campaigns with global retail trends and shopping events.
- Track the complete conversion funnel, analyse e‑commerce metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI) and produce weekly performance reports using GA4 and Shopify dashboards.
- Set up UTMs, tracking pixels and other data‑collection tools to refine marketing strategies.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e‑commerce marketing, with at least 2 years of hands‑on Google and Meta advertising.
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth for consumer‑facing online brands.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Experience managing multiple brands across international markets (UK, USA, UAE, etc.).
