Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The company is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to design, launch and optimise campaigns across major ad platforms, improve lead generation and integrate marketing tools with CRM systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute and optimise digital campaigns on Google Ads, META Ads and other relevant platforms.
• Create and optimise high‑converting landing pages to boost lead generation.
• Integrate marketing platforms with CRM, Zapier and webhooks.
• Manage email marketing automation, audience engagement and performance tracking.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in real estate or property brokerage.
• Proven track record in lead generation, paid advertising and campaign optimisation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent English (C2 level).
