Digital Practice Director PMCM

About the role

KEO Group, an award-winning AEP/PMCM firm, is looking for a Digital Practice Director to join its PM/CM division in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The role leads the adoption and implementation of digital solutions to meet the division's needs and challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a strategy to build a culture of excellence in professional and technical practice, aligned with client needs
• Develop software for specific tasks, such as simplifying analytics, and drive the implementation of new technologies
• Create a digital network and strategy, promote the use of systems and technologies, and continuously develop team capabilities
• Work with Digital Advisory Services to align the division with the company-wide digital vision
• Recommend and drive improvements to existing processes, and create and maintain a knowledge database including guidelines, video tutorials and training sessions
• Support project leaders in presenting the service offering to clients, take part in proposals and bid reviews, and conduct project reviews for technical compliance
• Pilot artificial intelligence applications to support business operations
• Ensure Health, Safety, Sustainability and continual improvement are embedded in all work, and conduct digital onboarding for team members

Required profile

• At least 15 years of experience delivering projects using BIM processes and technologies, preferably during the construction stage
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a relevant engineering discipline
