About the role
A multi-brand restaurant group in the F&B and hospitality sector is hiring a commercially driven, highly experienced Director of Finance with a strong auditing background. The role leads the group's financial strategy and performance across several brands and entities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the group's overall financial strategy and performance.
- Oversee financial operations across multiple brands and entities.
- Drive profitability, cost efficiency and sustainable growth.
- Strengthen financial controls, governance and compliance.
- Partner closely with ownership and senior leadership on key business decisions.
Required profile
- Preferably 50% or more of professional experience in an auditing firm.
- Proven leadership experience as CFO, Finance Director or Group Financial Controller.
- Strong background in F&B, hospitality or multi-brand restaurant operations.
- CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Required skills
- Financial strategy, auditing, internal controls, budgeting and profitability management.
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, corporate tax and financial compliance.
