Director of Finance (Hospitality)

About the role

Jumeirah, a global leader in luxury hospitality, is building a talent pool of high‑potential leaders. The Director of Finance will join the Dubai property to provide strategic financial leadership, support the Executive Leadership Team, and drive sustainable profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership across the property, delivering financial planning, analysis and forecasting to support long‑term performance.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Executive Leadership Team, influencing commercial and operational strategies through financial insight, performance analysis and risk assessment.
• Lead the development and execution of the annual budget, forecasts and capital plans, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, returns and value creation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, asset managers, auditors, corporate teams and external stakeholders, representing the property’s financial interests.
• Ensure the highest standards of financial governance, compliance, internal controls and risk management.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high‑performing Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience within internationally recognised luxury hospitality brands.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CMA or equivalent).
• Ability to translate financial data into strategic business insights and informed decision‑making.
• Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to drive financial performance.
