Director of Finance – Luxury Hotel

About the role
We are seeking a Director of Finance to lead the finance function of Raffles The Palm, a luxury resort on Palm Jumeirah. Reporting to the Regional Vice President & Managing Director, you will ensure robust financial management and support a culture of service excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the hotel's financial planning and budgeting process aligned with strategic goals.
- Monitor budget performance, identify improvement areas and cost‑saving opportunities.
- Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Analyse financial data to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with the revenue management team to set room rates and optimise pricing strategies.
- Monitor revenue streams from rooms, food & beverage and ancillary services.
- Implement cost‑control measures while maintaining service quality and guest satisfaction.
