Divisional Finance Director

About the role

The Divisional Finance Director will lead the finance function of a growing business unit within a financial services organisation in the Middle East. Reporting to senior leadership, the role is responsible for shaping financial strategy, ensuring compliance and providing insight to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead financial reporting and analysis to support decision‑making.
• Manage relationships with auditors, financial institutions and other key stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and mitigate financial risks to protect organisational assets.
• Optimise financial processes and systems for greater efficiency.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., Chartered Accountant).
• Extensive experience in financial management within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and accounting standards.
• Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis and reporting.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.

What we offer

• Monthly salary ranging from AED 45,000 to AED 55,000.
