Divisional Finance Head - Middle East

About the role

Innomotics is seeking a Divisional Finance Head for the Middle East to lead the finance agenda across the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. The role serves as the senior finance partner for the Customer Services, High Voltage, and Systems & Solutions divisions, ensuring performance transparency, commercial discipline and high‑quality decision support.

Key responsibilities

• Apply centrally defined finance standards, planning assumptions, reporting requirements and governance rules across the regional business scope.
• Act as the regional interface between local business leadership, divisional finance teams and central finance governance functions.
• Drive financial transparency and performance steering for order intake, revenue, margin, EBITDA, cash, working capital and productivity.
• Provide input to forecasting, budgeting and performance‑management processes, ensuring assumption quality and risk transparency.
• Support implementation of global finance initiatives, process standards and digital finance tools in the region.
• Engage with local shareholders and external stakeholders as required by legal and shareholder structures.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience in a regional or multi‑country environment.
• Strong commercial finance and business partnering capabilities.
• Ability to steer performance, manage risk and enforce governance alignment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across local business leaders, divisional finance teams and central functions.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and performance‑management standards.
