Document Controller

About the role

KEO Group is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will manage, track and distribute project documents, ensuring accurate version control and compliance with client and authority requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the project document control system in line with PMI procedures and client specifications.
• Receive, register, distribute, track and archive all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Ensure proper document numbering, revision control, status updates and workflow management.
• Prepare and issue transmittals, coordinating distribution to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor document review cycles, follow up on pending approvals and support project audits.
• Assist in preparing project close‑out documentation and final handover packages.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of document control experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle Unifier, Aconex or Asite (or similar EDMS).
• Strong knowledge of document numbering, revision control and transmittal processes.
