Doorman – Guest Arrival Expert

About the role

As a Doorman (Guest Arrival Expert) you will be the first and last face of our hotel, creating memorable first impressions for guests arriving and departing on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. You will ensure a smooth, welcoming experience and uphold the high standards of St. Regis hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, assist with luggage and escort them to the lobby or vehicles.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions and transportation options.
• Handle guest requests, process operational needs and complete daily reports.
• Maintain a safe, clean entrance area and adhere to security and safety procedures.
• Support departure procedures, ensuring guests leave with a positive impression.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior work experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift objects up to 50 lb unassisted (heavier items with assistance).
• Professional appearance, uniform compliance and strong communication skills.
