E-commerce Manager

About the role

Wycon Cosmetics, an Italian beauty brand expanding internationally, is seeking an E‑commerce Manager for its Dubai headquarters. You will lead the online business for the UAE and international markets, shaping strategy and enhancing the digital customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the e‑commerce strategy to drive sales, profitability and market growth.
• Manage and optimise the Shopify platform, product catalogue and online merchandising.
• Monitor KPIs such as sales, conversion rate, AOV, traffic and customer retention.
• Identify and implement improvements in UX, CRO and the overall customer journey.
• Coordinate digital campaigns, promotions and product launches across online channels.
• Oversee CRM, email marketing and customer‑retention activities.
• Analyse market trends and competitors to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with external agencies and technology partners.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of e‑commerce management experience, preferably in beauty, fashion or retail.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.
• Passion for beauty, fashion and digital innovation.
