Early Career & Emiratization Talent Partner

About the role

The Early Career and Emiratization Partner will lead Al Futtaim’s hiring initiatives for interns, graduates and strategic talent programs, positioning the group as an employer of choice while championing nationalization goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment for early‑career talent, including internships and graduate schemes.
• Design and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract candidates from universities and colleges.
• Manage relationships with educational institutions and strategic partners to secure a diverse talent pipeline.
• Enhance Al Futtaim’s employer brand through events, workshops, career fairs and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with HR, hiring managers and business leaders to align hiring plans with business objectives.
• Drive Emiratization efforts, monitor progress against nationalization targets and ensure compliance with local workforce development initiatives.
• Promote diversity and inclusion by creating campaigns for under‑represented groups.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within early‑career or graduate recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence HR and business leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain partnerships with universities and external talent organizations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
