Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to lead Eurocoffee’s online sales channels and digital marketing initiatives. The role involves managing multiple ecommerce platforms, driving traffic, and optimizing conversion across Shopify, Amazon, Noon and Trendyol.

Key responsibilities

• Manage product listings, pricing, inventory and promotions on Shopify, Amazon, Noon, Trendyol and other marketplaces.
• Monitor sales performance, customer purchasing trends and coordinate with logistics, payment gateways and support teams.
• Develop and execute multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, lead generation, SEO, SEM, email and WhatsApp marketing.
• Analyse campaign performance using digital analytics tools and optimise for ROI.
• Improve website usability, speed and conversion rates, working with content creators, designers and sales teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in ecommerce and digital marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, HoReCa or distribution.
• Hands‑on experience managing Shopify, Amazon, Noon and Trendyol platforms.
• Proven track record with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM and email/WhatsApp marketing.
• Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
