Electrical Construction Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor to lead on‑site electrical activities for oil and gas EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will ensure that all installations comply with blueprints, building codes, and project schedules while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on‑site electrical installations and testing.
• Verify that work adheres to project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage daily site activities, schedule adherence, and quality control.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and client teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with HV/LV system requirements and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years as a Construction Supervisor on oil and gas EPC projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams and enforce safety and quality standards.
• ADNOC approval is an advantage.

Required skills

• HV/LV (High Voltage/Low Voltage) systems.
• Electrical schematics interpretation.
• Testing procedures for electrical installations.
