About the role

HAILO embeds talent acquisition directly into client teams, combining hands‑on execution with AI‑powered tools. As an Embedded Talent Partner you will act as an extension of key customers, owning the full candidate lifecycle and delivering measurable hiring results.

Key responsibilities

• Own execution across embedded client mandates from day one.
• Build and maintain an embedded partnership with key customers, acting as their go‑to talent partner.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle: intake, sourcing, engagement, interview coordination, placement support.
• Run weekly stand‑ups and regular touchpoints with hiring managers and team leads.
• Develop deep understanding of each client’s business, culture, hiring needs and competitive landscape.
• Source qualified candidates using research, relationship‑building and AI‑powered tools.
• Screen, profile and move strong fits through the hiring pipeline.
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks, offer management and onboarding hand‑off.
• Maintain clean, organised data and provide real‑time pipeline visibility.
• Develop repeatable sourcing strategies and candidate personas for assigned sectors and roles.

Required profile

• 6–12 months experience in a recruitment environment (agency, in‑house, embedded or freelance).
• Strong relationship‑building ability with hiring managers and candidates.
• Comfort thriving in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments and wearing multiple hats.
• Familiarity with AI‑based recruiting tools.
