Entry-Level HR Recruiter (UAE National)

About the role
This position is designed for a recent graduate or fresh graduate who is a UAE national and is eager to start a career in human resources. You will support the recruitment team by handling the full cycle of talent acquisition for various roles.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf and other job portals.
- Post job advertisements and manage active job listings.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial phone screening interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare weekly recruitment status reports for the team.
- Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
Required profile
- 0–1 year of experience; HR or recruitment internship experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- People‑oriented, organized and eager to learn.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.
