About the role

This position is designed for a recent graduate or fresh graduate who is a UAE national and is eager to start a career in human resources. You will support the recruitment team by handling the full cycle of talent acquisition for various roles.

Key responsibilities

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf and other job portals.
  • Post job advertisements and manage active job listings.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial phone screening interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare weekly recruitment status reports for the team.
  • Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates.

Required profile

  • 0–1 year of experience; HR or recruitment internship experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • People‑oriented, organized and eager to learn.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.
