About the role
The Events Executive (F&B) supports the planning, coordination, and execution of internal food and beverage events and banqueting operations. Working closely with the Events Manager, F&B Manager, culinary teams and supporting departments, the role ensures events are delivered professionally, on time, and in line with company service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in conceptualising, planning and executing internal F&B events, preparing timelines, function sheets and operational briefs.
- Coordinate venue setup, staffing, equipment, and logistics, liaising with culinary, marketing and operational teams.
- Support banquet floor setup, service coordination, colleague allocation and on‑site supervision.
- Maintain event schedules, trackers, records and post‑event reports; prepare signage, menus and presentation materials.
- Process SAP requisitions, reservations and reimbursements; manage procurement documentation, RFQs/RFIs and supplier evaluations.
- Conduct market research on F&B trends, competitor activity and guest preferences to inform event concepts.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively across culinary, marketing and operational departments.
Required skills
- SAP (enterprise resource planning) for requisitions and procurement.
