Events & Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Events & Sales Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. In this position you will support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions and client‑focused activities while also contributing to sales and business‑development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full lifecycle of events and exhibitions, from concept to on‑site execution.
• Manage client communications, schedule meetings, and follow up on inquiries.
• Assist the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals and presentation materials.
• Liaise with suppliers, venues and internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Maintain accurate client and sales records, and track leads through the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Events Management, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, events, exhibitions or hospitality.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organized with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are required.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Female candidates only.
