About the role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator to work directly with our CTO in Dubai. You will combine high‑level executive support with project coordination to keep initiatives on track and ensure seamless operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CTO’s calendar, meetings, and scheduling.
- Take meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on tasks across teams.
- Maintain and monitor ClickUp/Jira boards and prepare weekly project/status reports.
- Coordinate partner and client follow‑ups.
- Organize documentation and internal processes.
- Assist with travel arrangements, appointments, and other operational tasks.
Required profile
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
- Highly proactive, self‑driven, and comfortable working with remote teams.
- Experience in a technology or startup environment is a strong advantage.
- Agile/Scrum knowledge is a plus.
