About the role
The company, an award‑winning interior fit‑out firm in Dubai, is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. The role involves providing high‑level administrative assistance to ensure smooth business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations and reports for internal and external meetings.
- Act as liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle correspondence, emails and phone calls, responding on behalf of the Director when appropriate.
- Organise and maintain files, records and confidential documents.
- Track and follow up on projects, tasks and deadlines.
- Plan and coordinate events, conferences and business engagements.
- Assist in preparing budgets, expense reports and reimbursements.
- Conduct research and compile data to support strategic decision‑making.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or supporting senior leadership.
- Professional discretion, high integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong organisational, time‑management and multitasking abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with digital collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
