Executive Director, Corporate Banking Group (Dubai & NE)

About the role

The Executive Director will lead the Corporate Banking Group for Dubai and the North‑East region, overseeing large account portfolios and high‑value client relationships. You will drive business growth, ensure credit quality, and supervise a team to meet revenue targets while delivering superior client service.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client financials, market trends and industry risks to identify opportunities.
• Originate new business across banking products, develop term sheets, information memoranda and mandate letters.
• Collaborate with credit, product and risk teams to structure and close transactions.
• Maintain and expand strategic alliances with top developers, authorities and cross‑border partners.
• Lead the team’s day‑to‑day activities, ensuring client satisfaction and portfolio credit quality.
• Prepare and update account plans, conduct periodic credit reviews and recommend appropriate facilities.

Required profile

• UAE national with extensive experience in corporate banking and large‑account management.
• Proven track record of originating and closing complex, high‑value deals.
• Strong understanding of credit, market and operational risk frameworks.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with senior decision‑makers.
