Executive Manager - Business Product Owner, AI Enablement

About the role

ADCB is looking for an Executive Manager to act as Business Product Owner for AI enablement within its ITMAM business area. The role works with business process owners to turn operational needs into AI use cases, coordinates with the AI Centre of Excellence and ensures AI solutions fit governance, risk and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, assess and deliver AI enablement initiatives by engaging business process owners on their operational requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Turn those requirements into clearly defined AI use cases and prioritised backlogs with the AI Centre of Excellence, aligned to approved standards.
• Act as the main business point of contact for AI initiatives, coordinating inputs from ITMAM stakeholders on scope, objectives, dependencies and success measures.
• Support discovery, requirement definition, testing and acceptance so AI solutions meet business needs and are embedded in operations.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with policies, governance frameworks and risk management requirements.
• Work with Risk, Compliance and Technology teams to embed controls, monitoring and documentation in AI-enabled processes.
• Support journey mapping and process reviews to find ways AI can reduce manual effort and improve turnaround times.
• Monitor AI-enabled processes and recommend improvements, and support rollout planning, stakeholder communication and adoption of AI tools.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of banking experience, with proven project management and delivery experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, AI or a related discipline.
