About the role
We are looking for a highly professional Executive Office Coordinator to provide top‑level support to the CEO in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment. This position plays a key part in our Emiratization talent development program and requires utmost discretion and organizational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, schedule meetings, prepare agendas and ensure timely follow‑ups.
- Draft, review and circulate confidential correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Coordinate high‑level engagements with internal stakeholders, external partners and government entities.
- Arrange business travel, logistical and protocol requirements, and visitor coordination.
- Maintain efficient electronic and physical filing systems.
- Support executive decision‑making through organized briefings and information flow.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and demonstrate the highest professionalism.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior executives or handling executive office duties.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational ability with capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- High degree of discretion, maturity and attention to detail.
