About the role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Search professional to join our Talent Acquisition team in Dubai. You will own senior and complex mandates end‑to‑end, focusing on hard‑to‑reach talent and building credibility with senior candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Lead global senior‑level and complex search mandates across the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and market mapping.
- Assess candidates via in‑depth screening, evaluating capability, leadership potential, and cultural fit.
- Present insight‑driven shortlists to hiring managers and manage the candidate lifecycle from outreach to onboarding handover.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition on search strategy.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in executive search.
- Proven track record of closing senior and complex mandates.
