F&B Service Expert – Arabic Speaker

About the role

The Guest Service Expert at Sheraton The Walk Dubai creates memorable dining experiences for guests. This full‑time, on‑site position requires Arabic fluency and a passion for delivering high‑quality food and beverage service in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring a welcoming presentation for guests.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate service flow.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and service stations.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling of menu information.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance, and moving across varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Fluent Arabic speaking and basic English communication.
• Ability to work on feet for long periods and perform physical duties safely.
