F&B Service Intern

About the role

The 25hours Hotel One Central in Dubai is looking for an F&B Service Intern starting in February 2027. The intern supports the restaurant and bar team in welcoming guests, taking orders and keeping the dining area clean and safe, while learning the hotel's service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, escort them to their tables and present menus.
• Support the service team in taking orders, serving food and beverages and answering guest requests.
• Help with table setup, mise en place, clearing and resetting tables to established standards.
• Keep the restaurant, bar, service stations and other assigned areas clean and organised.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation and health and safety standards.
• Learn and follow the hotel's service standards, operating procedures and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues for timely food and beverage delivery.
• Help with buffet setup, replenishment and breakdown when needed.
• Handle guest inquiries and refer complaints to the supervisor.
• Attend briefings, training and other learning activities, and perform other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related programme.
• Strong interest in food and beverage operations and hospitality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required by hotel operations.
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
