About the role

Qualys is seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region, based in Dubai. You will work closely with regional sales, product marketing, and campaign teams to design and execute integrated marketing plans that generate pipeline, drive new business, and expand existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Leaders to develop tailored marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Identify innovative ways to engage customers and prospects, implementing tactics to drive new business and upsell pipeline.
  • Create and execute targeted programs such as thought‑leadership initiatives, executive events, tradeshows, industry roundtables, partner conferences, and virtual events.
  • Lead strategic Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, set priorities, develop campaigns, manage roll‑out and analyse results.
  • Coordinate with sales teams, attend leadership meetings, and amplify marketing campaigns and field programs.
  • Build program assets including landing pages, registration forms, target lists, and pre/post‑event communications; ensure proper lead tagging for ROI tracking.
  • Maintain event calendars, update documentation, purchase orders and costs in Salesforce, and liaise with legal and procurement on contracts.

Required profile

  • 6‑8 years of experience in marketing, preferably B2B software or cybersecurity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Experience working with channel partners is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, ownership‑driven mindset.
