Finance Analyst

About the role

As a Finance Analyst at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, you will turn numbers into actionable insights that drive business success. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will monitor hotel performance, identify trends and provide timely analysis to support financial and operational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate and distribute daily, weekly, monthly and ad‑hoc financial and operational reports.
• Analyse actual results versus budgets, forecasts and prior periods, delivering clear variance analysis and recommendations.
• Track key financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, payroll and profitability, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support profit‑and‑loss analysis, budgeting, forecasting and rolling projections.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, financial models, reporting templates and analytical tools.
• Validate data integrity, investigate discrepancies and maintain documentation.
• Create presentations, executive summaries and analytical reports for leadership meetings.
• Collaborate with finance and operational teams to obtain accurate information for reporting and analysis.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• At least three years of experience in financial reporting, analysis or a similar finance role.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and performance reporting.
• High level of accuracy, integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
