Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Finance Business Partner will lead the finance function for the UAE entity, ensuring robust financial stewardship, accurate reporting, and effective decision support. You will own the finance operating rhythm, working capital, cash governance, and risk management while partnering closely with commercial and operations leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and ensure proper accounting treatments.
• Lead monthly forecasts, annual operating plans, and long‑range planning processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data‑driven insights for disciplined decision‑making.
• Partner with business units to translate drivers into financial plans and monitor performance against targets.
• Drive cost‑discipline initiatives, productivity improvements, and scenario analyses.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks including credit, FX, compliance, and operational risks.
• Build and develop a high‑performing finance team, fostering a culture of ethics, performance, and strong controls.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements, statutory reporting, and internal control standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years progressive finance experience with leadership responsibility in a country or entity finance role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Demonstrated integrity, analytical thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
