Finance Director (Emirati Talent)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our financial function in Dubai. The role is focused on Emirati talent and offers an excellent salary and benefits package. You will be responsible for shaping financial strategy and supporting the company’s growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting and long‑term strategy.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control and cash‑flow management across all departments.
• Manage core finance functions including Treasury, Accounts Payable, Financial Reporting, Tax Compliance, Asset Management and General Ledger.
• Ensure accurate IFRS/GAAP‑compliant financial reporting and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Develop and mentor the finance team while maintaining strong internal controls.
• Support strategic decisions, M&A activities and expansion projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Master’s preferred).
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA or ACCA.
• Minimum 15 years of experience with at least 8 years in a senior finance leadership role.
