Finance & ICFR Specialist (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a Finance & ICFR Specialist who is fluent in Arabic to join our client’s finance team in Dubai on a 12‑month contract. The role focuses on supporting financial reporting, consolidation and ensuring compliance with internal control frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of financial statements.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and ADAA frameworks.
• Collaborate with audit teams to address findings and improve control processes.
• Prepare financial reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CA or ACCA.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or audit.
• Prior exposure to ICFR and ADAA frameworks is an advantage.
• Experience in financial reporting, consolidation or audit environments preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ICFR framework.
• Familiarity with ADAA framework.
• Financial reporting and consolidation expertise.
