Finance Manager (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial operations of Dr. Scent in Sharjah, ensuring accurate reporting, robust cash‑flow control, and compliance with UAE regulations. Arabic fluency is required to interact with local stakeholders and support management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly and annual financial close, prepare statements and management reports in line with IFRS.
• Develop the annual budget, financial forecasts and monitor variances against plan.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cash‑flow forecasts, oversee banking transactions and supplier payments.
• Control receivables, payables, inventory valuation and cost accounting.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, file returns and coordinate audits.
• Design and maintain finance policies, internal controls and ERP access rights.
• Provide profitability, pricing and margin analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Lead, train and evaluate the finance team to meet reporting deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of finance experience, including managerial responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Proven ability to work in a manufacturing or trading environment.
