Finance Manager

About the role

A detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager is sought to oversee financial operations, reporting, budgeting and compliance. The role plays a key part in financial planning, risk management and guiding business decisions with data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reports and develop and manage the company's budgeting process and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance, analyse variances and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and internal policies, and lead audits while liaising with external auditors, tax advisors and other stakeholders.
• Manage cash flow and working capital, oversee banking relationships and evaluate investment opportunities and financial risks.
• Implement financial controls, streamline accounting processes and supervise the finance team for accuracy and timely reporting.
• Support strategic decisions through financial modelling and business cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field; CPA or CMA required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and financial software such as Zoho and QuickBooks.
