Flight Operations Training Coordinator

About the role

ExecuJet Middle East is looking for a Flight Operations Training Coordinator for its Dubai-based operation. The main objective is to make sure all quality and safety requirements are met in the flight operations department and that the audit programme follows all regulations. The post reports daily to the Operations Training Supervisor and functionally to the Training Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage training records, plans, schedules and approvals for crew and operations staff type ratings, initial, recurrent, supplemental and company training, including LPC, OPC, annual line checks, Airlaw exams, ELP and OCC/ARM recurrent training.
• Handle initial and renewal applications for TRTO and simulator approvals, GCAA licenses and CMCs, pilots' and cabin crew medicals, and support commander, test pilot and other regulatory nominations.
• Support FO and crew validations (GCAA, Isle of Man, Bermuda, SMAR), generate training plans, track expiring training and build and update LEON credentials.
• Book training, manage training bonds, approve training invoices and manage training entitlements.
• Provide administrative support to the Quality Manager on quality, HSE and PSMP matters, including CAPA, SMS reports and quality records.
• Set up CENTRIC accounts, coordinate postholder and meeting minutes, and provide occasional reception cover.

Required profile

• At least three years in administration; previous training experience required.
• GCAA/NAA experience required; CENTRIC/LEON experience desirable.
• Aviation background required; fluency in written and spoken English, additional languages an advantage.
• Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and time constraints, strong organisational skills, and patience and tolerance.
