About the role
Join the vibrant Food & Beverage team at Anantara Downtown Dubai as a Hostess. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle guest reservations via phone and email.
- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables.
- Monitor table rotation to optimise seating efficiency.
- Support overall Food & Beverage operations to enhance guest satisfaction and business results.
Required profile
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
- Familiarity with LQA standards and luxury hotel service expectations.
- Strong guest interaction and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.
- Fluent English with excellent verbal and written abilities.
