About the role
Careers International is looking for an experienced Foreman to lead on-site labour teams and ensure quality workmanship in interior fit-out projects. The role is hands-on with fit-out methods and requires effective management of site activities.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise the daily activities of workers and subcontractors on-site.
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain work discipline, quality standards and site cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with safety and technical specifications.
- Report daily progress to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
- Assist in material handling, inspection and inventory on-site.
Required profile
- Diploma or trade certificate in civil engineering or a related field.
- 2-3 years of UAE experience as a foreman in interior fit-out.
- Strong team supervision, communication and time management skills.
Required skills
- In-depth knowledge of partitions, ceilings, joinery and finishes.
- Ability to read basic AutoCAD layouts and translate them on-site.
