About the role
Ahyan Real Estate is seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join its Dubai office. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience while supporting daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, manage the reception area, and maintain a tidy front desk.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette.
- Handle clerical duties such as data entry, document filing, and correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff.
- Support office tasks including mail distribution, supply ordering, and basic administrative assistance.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in customer service or client‑facing roles.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a professional demeanor.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with email systems and basic office software.
