About the role
Join the Front Office team at Banyan Tree Dubai as an intern and gain hands‑on experience in a luxury hotel environment. You will support daily operations, interact with international guests, and learn the standards of high‑end hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check‑ins, check‑outs and enquiries.
- Support the Front Office team with daily operations, including guest relations and concierge services.
- Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
- Learn to use reservation systems, manage guest profiles and follow operational procedures.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for luxury hospitality.
- Good communication skills in English and ability to work in a multicultural team.
- Creativity, attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of hospitality service standards.
- Professional handling of guest information with discretion and confidentiality.
